The OralOptix Viro is the flagship of the range, and the most ergonomic microscope Xpedent makes.

Its defining feature is integrated optical rotation. As you tilt the microscope body to find the ideal line of sight, the binoculars stay level. That means you keep an upright, neutral head and neck posture whatever the angle of the tooth, rather than contorting to meet the eyepieces. Over a full clinical day, that difference is felt.

Continuous zoom lets you move seamlessly through the magnification range and settle on exactly the view you want. Integrated LED illumination delivers bright, natural colour rendering at up to 130,000 lux at 250mm, so tissue and restorative shades read accurately across the field. The 65,000-hour LED means no replacement bulbs, low power consumption and a long service life.

The Viro comes with a 4K HDMI camera as standard, so high-definition capture, documentation and remote viewing are ready out of the box. An extended working distance of 190 to 480mm gives you room to work, on a gas-spring counterbalanced arm that moves smoothly and holds exactly where you leave it.
